Where do you ship the items from?

Our partner factories are located in North America, Europe and Asia. Therefore, when you order several items, some products might be shipped separately from different locations based on the availability of the items in each warehouse.

How long does it take my package to arrive?

After you place an order and receive your order confirmation email, please allow X to X business days (excluding weekends and holidays) to process your order and prepare it for the shipping. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Shipping is based on your location and you should expect 7-20 business days after processing your order to receive your package. We do not process and ship during weekends. If you placed your order on weekend, we will process and then ship it out from Monday.

Is shipping free?

Yes, the shipping is free for all our products unless stated otherwise.


How long does it take to receive a tracking number?

When your order has shipped, it will take 1-3 days for tracking information to be fully updated by the post office system. Please note that your order is on its way and has no delays regarding the fact that the tracking information is not accessible for the first 1-3 days. After that period you can track your order on our tracking page.

Why does my tracking number not showing any information?

When a parcel is being shipped from one location to another, a tracking information is not being updated until it reaches the next destination. You can check back in a few days for updated information.

Where is your company located?

Our company is registered in Georgia, however our partner factories and warehouses where the production is made are located in North America, Europe and Asia.


How can I pay for my order?

We accept payments from PayPal and all the other major credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and others.

Is the checkout safe?

Our checkout system is McAfee protected and managed by the Shopify. Currently it is the most secure system available globally. 

Which currency will I be charged?

Tiny Bebe's website is using a smart currency converter service which will display the prices of products in your country's currency. However at the checkout you will be charged in USD.

Will I have to pay the customs?

For the majority of the countries you will not have to pay the customs, though there might be some exceptional cases when customs will have to be paid by you. It will depend on your country and the purchase value.


I am not satisfied with my order, can I get a refund?

Considering the nature of our products which does not let us to reuse or resell them, and in order to protect ourselves as merchants, we only offer refunds for damaged or defective items or if you receive the wrong item. You can read more at our Refund Policy page.

If I provide my email and details will you sell my information?

No, we do not sell our customers' information. Due to our company's policies selling a customer's information is not acceptable. Customers' emails are used to provide products or services to you to fulfill our contract, to process your payment information, arrange for shipping, and provide you with invoices and/or order confirmations, communicate with you, screen our orders for potential risk or fraud, and when in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services.
