Shipping Information

Shipping is FREE worldwide

Important update: some days of delay may occur in some countries due to the current pandemic (COVID-19) situation.

After you place an order and receive your order confirmation email, please allow X to X business days (excluding weekends and holidays) to process your order and prepare it for the shipping. Due to high demand all the orders will be shipped from our warehouse in USA, Europe or China where we stock large quantities of the products. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Shipping is based on your location and you should expect 14-25 business days after processing your order to receive your package.

We do not process and ship during weekends. If you placed your order on weekend, we will process and then ship it out from Monday.

SHIPPING DELAYS

Your orders may take longer to arrive in times when a lot of orders are made, such as Christmas. This happens due to the high volume of orders or your local postal service problems that are outside of our control. The shipping times exclude customs and clearance delays.

SHIPPING RATES

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

TRACKING

When your order has shipped, it will take 1-3 days for tracking information to be fully updated by the post office system. Please note that your order is on its way and has no delays regarding the fact that the tracking information is not accessible for the first 1-3 days. After that period you can track your order on our tracking page.

REFUNDS AND REPLACEMENTS

Tiny Bebe LTD has a 7-day refund policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a replacement item or a refund only in case the item is damaged, defective or if you receive the wrong item. 

To start a process of a replacement or a refund, you can contact us at hello@tinybebe-store.com with photos of the damaged item. The photos should show the item and a fault as clearly as possible. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your replacement or refund request, and let you know if it was approved or not. WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS

It is a buyer's responsibility to make sure that the shipping address is entered into our system correctly. Even though we do our best to process and ship your orders fastest possible, there might still be a possibility to correct a wrong shipping address. If you believe that you provided a wrong shipping address, please contact us immediately at hello@tinybebe-store.com.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Tiny Bebe LTD is not responsible for lost or stolen packages which are confirmed to be delivered to the address of an order delivery. If you have not received your order while your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address, please report it to your shipping carrier.

ORDER CANCELLATION 

The orders cannot be cancelled once they are processed and shipped out. If you want to cancel your order you can contact us at hello@tinybebe-store.com before you receive a shipment confirmation email. If you have already received the order confirmation email, it means your order had already left our warehouse and it is being shipped to you.
