Refund Policy


Received a faulty or wrong item?

We're sorry to hear you have received a faulty or wrong item! Tiny Bebe LTD has a 7-day refund policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a replacement item or a refund only in case the item is damaged, defective or if you receive the wrong item.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

To start a process of a replacement or a refund, you can contact us at with photos of the damaged item. The photos should show the item and a fault as clearly as possible. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your replacement or refund request, and let you know if it was approved or not.

If your replacement request is accepted, we’ll ship a replacement item if available. If a replacement item is not available, we will refund the full purchase price of the item on your original payment method. On the other hand, if your refund request is accepted, we will refund the full purchase price of the item on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

To be eligible for a replacement or a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Want to return or exchange your item?

Tiny Bebe LTD do not currently offer returns for refund and returns for exchange.


Tiny Bebe LTD is not responsible for lost or stolen packages which are confirmed to be delivered to the address of an order delivery. Upon request, Tiny Bebe LTD will provide the confirmation of the order delivery to the address, tracking information, date of delivery, and shipping carrier information. 


The orders cannot be cancelled once they are processed and shipped out. If you want to cancel your order you can contact us at before you receive a shipment confirmation email. If you have already received the order confirmation email, it means your order had already left our warehouse and it is being shipped to you.
